Review Raw Images

The Review Raw Images screen presents every microscope image captured during the run for manual quality assessment. The operator reviews each image and decides whether it is clean, requires further inspection, or should remain pending.

The screen opens in full-screen mode by default.

Assessment actions

The Next Pending button is only available when at least one pending image exists in the list.

Segmentation overlay

A semi-transparent segmentation overlay is rendered on top of each image, showing the fiber candidates identified during the automated segmentation stage. This helps the operator quickly spot areas of interest.

Target positions

Inspection target positions mark specific locations on an image for close-up examination in the Inspect Further view.
